Glenlivet 12 Year Double Oak
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland
Reviewed July 7, 2019 (edited July 18, 2019)Straight down the middle... Yes it’s a undoubtably a scotch, and hits many of the familiar notes. There’s nothing unpleasant, but it ends up shallow. Westland American Oak American Single Malt
American Single Malt — Washington , USA
Reviewed February 14, 2019It’s young, but has enough complexity and interest to keep me coming back. Nice sweet nose and richness on the front. Finish isn’t completely absent but is a bit light and leaves me wanting more. The back half bitterness is a nice touch. Really curious to see where this goes with age. Looking forward to the 8 year!
