Easy to drink. Main criticism is with the finish--it's bitter but short. Hay and raw calamari on the nose. Keep a bottle in the cabinet for shots.

Buy a bottle immediately. This is an incredible rye whiskey that delivers numerous layers in each sip. You will smell berries and pepper on the nose. The initial swig is clean and sweet but it's followed quickly by a perfect rye heat. When you open your mouth to breath, you'll get a clean finish of gorgeous floral notes and grass. Just awesome!!

A great bourbon, especially at this price point. Grass on the finish which I love. Easy drinking with lots of character.

Rubber and veggies on the nose. Sweet and decently smooth. Black licorice and smoke on the finish, which lasts a while. I hated it the first time. Second time was more enjoyable. $10 for 750 ml at the liquor store. Not a bad value. At that price point, don't hesitate to buy.

I keep a 1.75 of this and Larceny in my cabinet. Like Larceny, Yellow Label is a solid bourbon for the money. Uncomplicated and tasty. $30 for a 1.75 at Total Wine

A solid bourbon. Plenty of corn but not too sweet. My everyday bourbon. Larceny isn't complex, but it is good. Don't mix with coke--drink it neat or on ice. Buy this if you haven't yet. Keep it on the shelf.
