Tastes

Do not like. Smells like scotch. Has a peaty taste. I get an decent sweetness and spice. Long finish. Not my thing. Too far from a rye. Do not think the whiskey, rye mixture works. Buy in a bar before you buy a bottle.

Nice and smooth. Typically rye. Sweet with a spicy finish. Smells like candy with a little oak.

I like this. Tremendous value if you can find it. Sweet and smooth on the front with a little spice on the back. Medium finish. I little peppery on the nose. Definite buy.

This is good. Ok value. Medium long finish. Good butterscotch sweetness on the front. Little rye spice on the back. I like it. Not sure it is worth it near $60. Buy under 50 bucks.

In pocket bourbon. Moderate finish. Sweet on the front. Not much spice. Good. Not great.

This is good for the price point. Got a floral nose. Incredibly smooth, but lacks the depth of flavor a high proof bourbon would have. Nice everyday drinker. Would rather spend an extra 10-15 bucks and get a the Four Roses single barrel.
