Vanilla and caramel. Good balance of flavor and heat. Hint of earth at the finish.

137 proof- hot (obviously). Easy to tast the spice and the leather up front. Caramel and vanilla on the finish. 110- with a little less heat, the velvet texture reveals more fruit: apple and cherry.
