Aroma of Vanilla and Caramel. Taste starts smooths and builds to a nutty caramel taste. Finishes smooth with little if any harshness. Great Bourbon

Aroma is sharp in the nose with alcohol Taste begins smooth slightly sweet then the rye come on strong nicely. It finishes with a slight rasp.

Aroma slightly overpowered by alcohol but has floral and vanilla undertones. Taste begins soft with slight alcohol rasp vanilla and caramel undertones kicked with an alcohol rasp and nice warmth in the chest.

Aroma is sweet with caramel and Oak. First taste is smooth definite taste of caramel with a slight spicyness finishes With a good warmth and slight alcohol rasp.

Aroma is soft with sweet brown sugar and caramel. Starts with a nutty sweet pecan taste. Buttery and thick on the tongue. Finishes with smooth with a high octane warmth in the chest. Nice. 👍👍

Barrel 559 2012 Aroma vanilla with brown sugar undertones Alcohol Fwd. slight rasp. Then hints of sweet. Finishes with a toffee and caramel taste but never truly mellows out.

Jim Beam. This was my High School Bourbon. Not a lot of choice or styles in PA but visiting FL. Lots of variations. The you tube “It’s Bourbon Night” had a Jim Beam Bonded. Had to Try.... Aroma has a slight vanilla forward note It’s a 100 proof so there is a very alcohol forward smell. Not bad but you know it’s potent. Flavor Starts slightly harsh middle vanilla and caramel and ends with a slight nuttiness almost pecan. The Bonded Beam Ends With a slight alcohol harshness leaves a nutty pecan aftertaste. I like pecans so that’s a good thing. Not bad. I’m glad to see my ole high school favorite is still good.
