Balcones Peated Texas Single Malt Whisky
American Single Malt — Texas, USATastedIf you like anything in the Balcones line, get this. It's big, bold, and everything great about Balcones in a near-perfect whisky. Warm graham cracker, baking spices, molasses, and just enough smoke to balance everything out. If you see it, buy it.
Dewar's White Label
Blended — ScotlandTastedSweet cereal and apple
Ron Zacapa 23 Sistema Solera Rum
Aged Rum — GuatemalaTastedThe quintessential sipping rum.
Abasolo Ancestral Corn Whisky
Corn — Mexico, MexicoTastedThis whisky is a confusing mess. On the nose is corn, grain, and tequila and on the palate it tasted like a blend of bourbon, Irish whiskey, and agave. Tasted neat it's rough around the edges. On the rocks, though, the floral sweetness came together. This wasn't my favorite, but if you're looking for something sweet to enjoy over ice give this a try. My hunch is this would make one hell of a cocktail.

Lagavulin 9 Year (Game of Thrones-House Lannister)
Peated Single Malt — Islay, ScotlandTastedLiquid smoke and oil. If that's what you're after, you'll love it but it seemed out of balance to me.
Aberfeldy 12 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, ScotlandTastedThe most mellow dram of whisky (of any origin) I've ever had. Like distilled honeycomb.
