    Very good, rich sweetness and spices, quite smooth at 100 proof, definitely worth it at the right price which doesn’t seem to be the case quite often.

    A quite elegant “pink” gin, the hibiscus and pomegranate notes are delicate and play nicely with the classic and Mediterranean flavors, not particularly complex enough for sipping, perhaps due to the lower ABV but, still pleasant on the rocks and in a refreshing G&T.

    Disappointing! Coming from Blanton’s you wouldn’t expect the words “special” and “reserve” together to mean “bland” and “watery”. I hear that this is targeted to non-bourbon drinkers but, even those agreed that it felt very weak and diluted.

    This “vodka” was sweeter than expected, lighter with a lower ABV, all which gives the impression of being “smooth” when it’s actually bland. There’s a herbal presence but, it doesn’t stand out as much as Green Tea.
