Really enjoyed this gin - it is initially fairly simple and comes across with a bit of burn, but you can really taste the honey in the smooth finish. Tasted great neat and made a very nice negroni.

Comes across very medicinal. The finish is better - dry and woody - but the initial taste is not great.

Definitely unique - honestly tastes like liquified pine needles. Fairly heavy heat for a gin. The pine taste is a bit overpowering.
