simple grainy smell with honey and caramelized fruit. light taste, little honey and pepper with a grainy aftertaste.

Strong smokey, and light salty smell but not overwhelming. Anise and pepper do overwhelm the mouth and tongue. only for the specialist and fan of this strong pepper roast.

hard to get some distinct smell but it is full bodied, caramelized fruit and wood. Light sharp taste with caramel and fruit. aftertaste is full and long and enhances the smell.
