Almost completely different than Penelope Architect. Intense flavor is almost a shock to the pallete. Worth comparing but not worth getting on its own.

Incredibly balanced. Just hot enough, just sweet enough, just smooth enough. Go-to classic. Well rounded.

Higher proof than OG Blanton’s, yet somehow smoother. Smoother to the extent that the flavors seem almost muted. Similar flavor profile when compared back to back. Extremelt enjoyable on its own. But due to its rarity and price its not worth hunting just on its own. If you be come across it though… treasure it like gold.

Dammit why is this so good. It’s an extremely smooth, balanced, and just sweet enough all the way through. Wish this was not a limited release.

Very good. The higher proof compare to regular Old Emmer complements the flavor very well. High proof + wheated bourbon = goooood

Classic wheated bourbon. Not too sweet of a finish. Solid choice.

Smells salty. Super easy initial taste, no ramp up, straight to a light and smooth finish. Tastes like it was made with salt water in just the right amount. Very unique.

Weird as hell. Fruit punch flavored bourbon. Like, what?
