Light caramel on the nose. The first impression is sea salt, I think quite noticeable. It then softens into a complex mix of cinnamon, oak, and vanilla. Quite a noticeable, spicy finish.

Caramel heavy nose, vanilla forward on the tongue. Very smooth for 90 proof bourbon. Very tasty but also a little one-note.
