Tastes

Very sweet. Much more so than e or red. Aromas were mostly apple. Flavors were too. And sugar cane. Strangely enough. But it was still better than most rums

Peatier and sweeter than I had expected. Aromas of wood and flavors of the same. Flavors took on the peat more than the aromas

Aromas are almost all corn. Maybe some other vegetal notes. Flavors are about as expected. Sweet corn. Hard bite. Interesting. Not a daily sipper. Ha!
