Tasting Notes
"On the nose, expect molasses, brown sugar and coffee with a slight grassiness. This rum is much lighter on the palate than the nose would suggest. It's spicy, with pronounced espresso notes, and a slight nuttiness from the sherry cask, which also imparts both sweet and tart dried date, prune and fig flavors. There's a fair amount of heat in the finish, with more of that sweet, earthy-coffee theme. "
