Tastes

As expected. Aromas of fake banana and fake chocolate. Flavors about the same. Cacao is noticeable but I’m not sure it’s “dark”. I also picked up strawberry cheesecake. In both the nose and the palate. Short finish with some alcohol but a final taste of something trying to be chocolate.

Aromas of pear. Baked Apple. Cinnamon. Oak. Allspice. Flavors fell off a bit. Still fruity. Some sweet apple pie for sure. Short finish with short alcohol bite. Minor notes of rubber and in the aftertaste

Aromas were cinnamon, apple, vanilla, much wood. Flavors right in line cinnamon and oak really took the forefront for me. A little water and this opened up to more apple and honey and vanilla with cinnamon still waving the biggest note flag. Thanks to Jeremy and his hotel room for this one!

Aromas ofAapple. Honey. Vanilla. Wood. Flavor starts with wood. And the rest is background but it’s all there. Vanilla comes on second. Wood comes back with the alcohol bite to get us through the finish.

Aromas of peanut brittle and honey. Flavors less nutty and more fruity. Decent alcohol bite.

Smoke city. Again. Wish I’d had this closer to the 16 to compare. But wow the nos is filled with smoke peat. Vanilla. Sweet oak. Hints of cooked asparagus. Flavors are much more mild than the aroma. Smoke is not shy. It’s there throughout. But around it I have vanilla. Caramel. Citrus. Finishes medium length with oak notes the longer.
