Woody and leathery. Not too spiky for 106 proof. Tabasco sauce?

Nice and woody. Pretty spicy with a sweet finish of caramel and vanilla.

I get campfire and toasted marshmallows on the nose. Vanilla and caramel. Very enjoyable bourbon.

Spicy, so good. Short evolution and dry. Perfect 100 proof. This high rye bourbon is a great change of pace. Great price for a 13-14 year old bourbon. Love that they put what it’s mixed from on the front of the bottle even though this is sources from MGP.

A few drops of water and this changed from a spicy difficult to taste bourbon to a nice experience. Good bourbon notes of oak and vanilla. Didn’t get caramel or maple but still sweet.
