On the nose, cinnamon vanilla. On the front palate, Cinnamon then went right into spice. Long spicy finish. Good choice with this one.

That peanut Carmel vanilla is delicious with every sip. Knob Creek ranks right up there as one of my favorites

Vanilla Peanut and Carmel with slight heat (which I like). I would expect more heat from 120 proof. Smooth and sweet and finish is good … everything you’d expect from Knob Creek.
