Wonderful, smooth, easy drinking single malt. Rounded fruity flavours once it's opened up with some ice

Enjoyed it with ginger ale, a few blocks of ice and a slice of lemon. Lovely refreshing drink.

Paired with the starter of duck and carrot coulis, the Green was a great start to the evening. Again, it opened up with a block of ice

Finished the food pairing off with the Blue. Deconstructed cheese platter with some lovely blue cheese and strong salty tastes made the pairing amazing.

Lovely whiskey. Paired with a braised lamb neck and butternut coulis at The Palace Hotel. Strong caramel, balanced taste for me, with lovely flavor on centre of the tongue. Lara enjoyed it once it opened up with some ice.
