Fluid. No, not literally, figuratively… but also literally. One second it’s syrup, the next it’s the same viscosity as engine oil. But like really tasty engine oil. The best way to explain it is that somehow someone at Barrell found the back door to sweetness and I’m happy they did. Happy birthday to me!

Crisp apple pie. Fresh. Light. Almost tart? When I first sipped it, I thought I heard and eagle screech in the distance.

Vanilla, heat, citrus, wood. Like drinking a strong old fashioned in an oak casket underground.

Fruity, char, pepper. Smooth but dry?

Cinnamon, sweet, smooth. Like a fine leather boot. Never worn. I’d have this any day of the week. It’s perfect for parties and get togethers.
