Tastes

I swear the dip oloroso sherry casks over bourbon brings home all the Drosophila flies from the eastern suburbs. Browned butter with an orange juice reduction lingers in the warmth on the tongue. The sherry is present but not overwhelmingly sweet, with the slightest hint of Smokey peat coming through, between my bong of al fakher double apple shisha. It requires an old comfy leather armchair, and Van Morrison through the headset to fully appreciate.
