This might look a under aged whiskey but don’t let the straw cool fool. Even at 4 years this packs a punch. Unusual taste that you wither love or will turn away from but this is still a high quality BiB whiskey.

I have had yhis bottle since the release i decided to takenit k. Vacatiin to enjkybwoth a friend. You can tell it was low proof. But the smooth balanced pallet was nice not much of over all flaver other than vanilla. It was still a very enjoyable bottle.

Strong floral notes on the nose that shows up on yhe pallet along woth a secondary note of cereal grains woth a finish of faint spice. Seems to be a young whiskey that needed to be aged a little bit longer. But still a nice pour for a small craft distillery
