Signature wild turkey notes are there...minus a little heat and a little char. As the bottle opens up the heat dissipates over a little time giving way to cherry syrup sort of aftertaste. This is great value and a bourbon drinkers whiskey. Holds its own on rocks and/or with water.

I go back and forth on this one but it is a delightful drink if not very complex. Banana, pepper, caramel, honey, wood. It’s got enough to make you think but not enough to make the bottle last. The least of Jefferson’s expressions for sure

A tad too sweet and sort of lacks identity or at least distinct traits. I am left with the overall impression of a lemon poppyseed muffin. Good but not usually what I want in a whiskey. Price is ok for a 10 year but I wouldn’t say it’s great value.

This is excellent. A huge step up from their flagship. The almost tangy clean mineral notes from the copper are prevalent and the mouthfeel is magically light. It’s almost like whipped air. I’m sure this is great in a martini but for me, neat is where this shines, and I don’t say that about vodka. Masterfully done.
