Tastes

Nose - sugary, hint of cherry, bright and refreshing Palette - oak, caramel, creme brulee/dessert, this does have a quick bite/burn to it Finish - very mild/short Good nose and flavors, but wish the finish was better.

Smokier than most blends I've tried. Good amount of peat, but a nice sweetness to it as well.

Great mixer, and pretty decent on its own as well. Found it to be more bourbon-y than most ryes I've tried.
