Tastes

Light straw color with inviting aromas of golden raisins, dates, cooked agave, and mustard seed. Unctuous and chewy with a bounty of dried fruits, marmalade, honey, and delicate wood spices. A hint of salted licorice on the finish adds to the complexity. Very good

Hard to argue with the quality. Aromas of celery, cement, white pepper, agave, and poblano. Viscous, dense, and subtly chewy, but cleans up with a nice peppery, white paper finish. Superb
