Reviewed September 13, 2019Golden honey color - oily and clings to the glass with slow legs. Earthy and fruity with a bit of bite on the nose. Warm fruit and honey with a bold sherry taste. Long finish. -

Reviewed September 12, 2019 (edited May 12, 2020)Brick red color - clings to the glass with slow legs. Sherry really comes through on the nose. Maple, vanilla and sherry palate with a medium finish. Impressive! Maybe a bit of water - maybe. -
Ballechin 10 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed September 10, 2019 (edited February 16, 2020)Light caramel color - clings to the glass. Thick and oily with nice legs. Smoke, peat and a bit of honey on the nose. Peatiness backs off with a little water while honey and sherry notes come through - nice balance. Long finish.
