Tastes

Rich honey, ripe cherry, honey crisp apple, and warm earth on the nose. Warm pastry, cooked apples, apple strudel, and caramel with a touch of Aleppo pepper. The finish makes me think of spilled Dr Pepper on a scorching hot pool deck with the light smell of evaporated, chlorinated water in the back ground. It’s a hot summer and you’re with your friends celebrating the last days of summer. Good times.
