Linkwood 15 Year Distillery Labels (Gordon & MacPhail)
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland
Reviewed February 15, 2019Found on my clearance hunt. Palette is fruity, tart, and a bit peppery, then leading to brown sugar and a tiny bit of peat. Finish is medium length and the pepper seems to linger on the tongue, but it doesn't really coat the mouth. Pretty good stuff overall.36.0 USD per Bottle -
Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 12 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed February 8, 2019 (edited February 15, 2019)My first port-casked scotch. Yummy port notes throughout the nose and palette. Raisins and buttery sweetness lead to bright baking spices and then a sweet and tannic porty finish.27.0 USD per Bottle -
