Enjoying this more after some time to air out. Still, every step of the way is marked by some heat from the high proof. Starts sweet and becomes quite spicy, with a warming finish.

Loving this whiskey. Strong brown sugar notes with subtle baking spices. Wonderful Graham cracker on the nose. Nice lingering finish of dinner rolls and honey. Incredibly smooth for the proof. I give it an easy 96/100.

I like this whiskey. It's smooth and has fruit-sweetness, but has some pleasant spices showing throughout and in the finish. Minor heat in the finish. Good value!

2010 Barrel 1233 Tasty smooth sweet bourbon. Just so easy to drink but a nice medium finish. caramel honey goodness. No noticeable heat. Great value.
