1st crack - may update later Nose: Caramel, apricot, fig, pepper Taste: pepper, oak, fruit forward - apple in particular. Spice from beginning to end with a long, lingering finish

Nose: Oaky, vanilla, cinnamon Taste: Toasted oak, baking spice, pepper A short finish on the tongue but it seems to linger in the nose with that toasted marshmallow goodness.

Nose: sweet caramel, cinnamon Palate: Cinnamon forward, oak, pepper, apricot with a long glazing finish

Delicious orange zest upon first sip rounding out to a full finish with tobacco flavor. Would go nicely with a cigar!

Nose: vanilla, caramel, oak, hint of cinnamon 1st Pour:Thin but flavorful. Sweet on the tongue with quite a bit of pepper & oak on the initial pour so far with just the right amount of heat. Added 2 drops of limestone water: Pepper and oak become more prevalent. Sour finish becomes more noticeable.

Chocolate bomb! Almost cocoa upon first taste with a beautiful rich finish. A definite dessert bourbon for me.

Nose: chocolate Palate: bright apricot up front, slight char, oak I'm normally not a huge fan of ryes but this blend is incredibly unique. Delicious flavor and consistency from start to finish. Would pick up again.

Nose: vanilla, maple, hint of caramel Taste: rich, sweet, toasted, oak, spice finish This finish radiates heat from the center of your core and slowly moves out. Very impressive batch from Whiskey Acres!
