So this is aged for two years in bourbon barrels and the 12 months in rum cask. Overall a young bourbon but still taste. it is a small distillery.

Super dry for what EC normally puts out. I surprisingly enjoying this batch. It’s enjoyable to drink. You will taste lemon and dry fruits and some tobacco. Make sure you put it on ice.

So my bottle has been sitting for a while. Taste is Very chocolate favor with dried fruit. Mild smoke with a fennel taste there.

Wow. Excellent pour! Nose: granny smith apple. Taste: spicy heat of fruit. Great rye flavor. Really smooth for 112 proof. I’ve enjoyed Russel Reserve single barrel rye before very similar.
