Tastes

Smelling notes of oak, but is heavily masked by alcohol. Difficult to identify any other smells. Tasting notes: very watery, lacking any kind of oily feeling. Strong burn that masks most taste. Some floral notes, but overall a strong mix of alcohol and oak. Overall, not great for tasting (especially for the price). Flavor is not complex and leaves little to explore. Evans is my preferred mixing alcohol, but it doesn’t seem to hold up when taken neat. Barreled on: 4/14/10 Barrel #: 622 Bottled on: 4/10/18
