I'm halfway through this bottle. I've tried varying amounts of water added to this and while it hasn't been bad, I haven't enjoyed it nearly as much as much as the Small Batch I purchased a month prior. I killed that bottle shy of 30 days and I anticipated liking this even more but I'm still nursing it along 3 months later. Go figure. Maybe my affinity as something to do with those Four Roses recipes. Certainly worth future investigation.43.0 USD per Bottle

Reviewed August 14, 2020 (edited June 24, 2023)Purchased this for mixing and it was excellent. Sampled some neat tonight to polish off the bottle. I didn’t enjoy it as much as some of the other reviewers. unnatural. I think detected some herbal notes but no lime. I didn’t find it refreshing. Mainly peppery and hot. Perhaps I simply don’t like blanco tequila. -
I’m definitely not a vodka fan, but I sampled some of tonight out of a nosing glass and thought it was an interesting dram. It’s pretty sweet and one dimensional; I found the pineapple completely dominants. I doubt I’d ever buy a bottle as I imagine I would easily find it to become cloying. However, I may give their brandy a try or at the very least sample other eau de vie in the future when the opportunity presents itself.
