Tasting Notes
"The sherried whisky used here provides some depth and sweetness to the dram, but doesn't over-saturate it in sticky fruits, nor is it one note. No, there is quite the big band on stage here. Coffee grounds, smoked toasted barley, prunes, tobacco leaves, sea salt, caramel--the list goes on. The sweetness is present, but isn't singing any louder than the rest of the band members."
