Tastes

Carmel apple sweetness and wheat grain are the most prominent notes on the nose. Dark molasses coats oak on the palate. Gives the impression of warmth in the mouth. Hints of vanilla and caramel as well. Finish leaves traces of coffee, caramel, and slight heat. For a 90 proof, the finish is plenty long.

Mostly vanilla and ethanol on the nose. Every now and then some cherry comes through. The palate is dominated by grass and corn flavors. Carmel, vanilla, and oak are also present. A standard young bourbon palate. Finish is sweet caramel with ethanol. Overall a decent and very standard bourbon.

Very dark in color with a sweet, carmely nose. Vanilla, carmel, chocolate notes. Finish is long with sweetness and a slight heat.

Sweet on the nose. Picked up notes of dark cherry, vanilla. Finish is peppery and warm.
