Reviewed January 4, 2021 (edited May 30, 2021)Very light straw colour, oak barrelled. Medium to fast legs suggestion not an oily mouth finish. First nose getting apples, cinnamon, orange zest. Spicy on the palette 43%. Peppercorn, orange, vanilla, very long finish. Water added: nose stronger orange and bringing up vanilla. Palette more maple syrup, less orange.
