Very light straw colour, oak barrelled. Medium to fast legs suggestion not an oily mouth finish. First nose getting apples, cinnamon, orange zest. Spicy on the palette 43%. Peppercorn, orange, vanilla, very long finish. Water added: nose stronger orange and bringing up vanilla. Palette more maple syrup, less orange. Maybe too much water added.

Colour of straw and cedar. Strong legs presenting oily texture. Nose of vanilla, orange peel and light spice. Palette has stronger orange and vanilla with brown sugar honeysuckle. Medium to light finish.

Colour of gold and rust. Very long resting legs, suggesting oily textures. Aroma of gingerbread and cinnamon hearts with apples. Palette of cinnamon and spices and finished with honey. Long spicy finish stays present.

Light copper/cedar colour. Medium legs suggest subtle oil. Nose has strong tickle with the 50% abv, nutmeg and creme brule. Palette of orange peel, vanilla and toffee.

Colour of darkened cedar. Very light and fast legs. Nose of peppercorn, plums and slight orange peel. Palette of cinnamon hearts and caramel. Added water heightens orange and apple pie.

Darker golden rust colour from American and sherry oak. Longer legs suggests oily texture on the palette. Nose has vanilla, spices and creme brule. Palette of peppercorns, vanilla and honey. Relatively short finish. Added water heightens vanilla, fruity apple or apricot.

Light golden straw color. Nose of orange peel and vanilla. Palette of light smoke, spices and lemon. Mefium-to-long finish. Added water heightened orange and vanilla with palette tasting more caramel.

Golden straw colour with subtle legs. Nose of smoke and char with apricot. Palette is very smoky with long finish.

Nose of spice, oranges and dried fruits. Palette of vanilla, brown sugar and orange
