Incredibly long finish. Had this tasted next to George T Stagg, both neat. Both were incredible. Stagg more proofy tasting, weller more sweet and fruity. Weller finished cleaner and earlier, Stagg I still tasted 5 minutes later.

25ml neat in a glencairne Sweet and fruity nose, with a tiny bit of ethanol. Green apple candy? Really light body, almost watery. Mild sweetness, very light burn.

25ml pour neat in a glencairne rested for 5-10 minutes. Nose: come classic bourbon notes, brown sugars, vanilla but more smoke than anything else. Nothing terribly appealing. Palate: oily, smoke and spice. First few sips the spice and smoke overwhelmed my palate, and only near the end of my 25ml pour did I pick up some more classic bourbon flavors hiding underneath. Overall too smoky for my palate. Not going to pour it down the drain, but I doubt I will finish the bottle any time soon.
