Peaty, smokey, oily—Ardberg is every scotch note turned to 11 and is appropriately included as the FINAL dram in a scotch flight (novices will need to work up their palette's readiness, and there is certainly no going back to lighter sips after Ardberg has possessed your mouth—and the room, etc.)

I was given a sample of this, not knowing of its market value. Already drunk at the time, I slammed it down and immediately realized, "Oh no, I should have savored that."
