60% “I just chopped down a tree in the winter for shelter, 40% “I just baked a spiced pear pie for the holidays” kind of vibe. This juice kept changing expressions from pour to pour. In the neck, it was immensely sweet with maple/brown sugar vibes. After a week or so, it opened up with forest floor notes. Honest scotch vibes with a mix of toasty cedar/sandlewood on the nose. Spiced pear mixed in a dense maple syrupy mouth feel/sweetness. Would 10/10 recommend if you’re into bourbon with a wildly shifting flavor profile.

Huge mint and vanilla vibes. It comes in a little hot on the tongue and immediately cools into a vanilla/ confectioners sugar sort of sweetness. Lingers with mint and toasted sugars. Incredible bourbon.

Supperrrrr sweet. Brown sugar, vanilla vibes. Fruity, like not yet ripe banana. Maybe some cardamom spiciness. Overall tasty af. Maybe a little lower proof per my preference. Has a slightly young finish.
