This year (2019 bottle) was just great! I don’t want to write a full review cause... it’s the pappy family! It’s going to be good, but this bottle is by the best 10yr I’ve had!

Nose: The nose is classic EC. Oak, vanilla, and caramel. Palette: It’s EC with the flavor of barrel proof but just so smooth. A good amount of burn for a 95 proof. Finish: Long lasting and tons of vanilla and oak.

Nose: pepper up front and a marshmallow finish. Proof is relevant. Up front taste: Oak up front and coats your mouth with the proof. Finish: Sweet sugar flavor as the finish. Kind of fades quickly

Nose: Not the best out of the booker’s as it’s almost mildew. First Taste: full body oak up front and some proof. Finish: Fantastic sweet finish with some burn from the proof.

Nose: definitely yeast like biscuits. Up front: proof comes through with small amounts of vanilla. Finish: oak finish but a bit bitter to make it perfect.
