A great step up from the regular Jameson. Smooth taste with no lingering bite. Very drinkable. Neat makes for a nice, viscous drink, almost oily, that should be appreciated with a swirl in the mouth. A full flavor that has great, semi dark tastes due to the barrels used in the aging. Adding a drop or two of water takes the viscosity away but makes it even more drinkable at the expense of the flavor. Over rocks makes for an easy drink but degrades with the dilution of the cubes. A great buy.

JW's intro blended scotch. Nothing to really note outside of the price. Nose and taste are smokey and peppery to a greater degree than my preference. Great pick up if you want a cheap brand name scotch. Over the rocks and take your time babysitting this one. A little water from the melting cubes will make it a little easier to drink.

Very smokey, you get that right from the start with the peppery nose. Tastes just like it smells. Plain except for the horrendous, fume like taste. A cheap, entry level blend. Supposedly it's marketed as a mixer in Europe. After tasting it, you can surmise as to why that is. The aesthetics of the bottle and the label (it's been in countless movies and books) are probably worth more to me than the actual scotch inside the bottle.
