Nose is light, sweet with vanilla and hint of cinnamon. Taste consists of oak, vanilla, and spice. Full of flavor with some burn. Finish is a little dry with a hint of spice to it. Note this is for batch 15-3

A little sweet on the nose, with oak. Vanilla and oak taste with some spice. Medium finish. Overall this has grown on especially considering the price point.

Bold, intense, however smoother than the proof would suggest. Nose is of vanilla and maple. Taste of rye spice and oak. Long dry finish.
