Tastes

No fire and brimstone here. Some butn, but it's sweetish, mature, and layered. Each second it's in your mouth and each part of the tongue is a noticeably different experience. Tastes to spend an (expensive) evening with.

Nose is incredible. Very fruity with darker undertones. Taste has about six things going on. Apparebtly aged in oak and then sherry butts. Can taste both and lots besides. Worth exploring.

Really interesting. You taste the sherry and scotch notes but the cherry wood really comes through too. Very essy drinking, very little bite, but still enjoyable.

Bite hits on the back end. A hint of smoke, plenty if sweetness though, and vanilla aftertaste
