Glendronach 1994 Pedro Ximenez 20 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed January 24, 2018 (edited May 22, 2019)Incredible stuff! Tried at the distillery tasting and it’s classic Glendronach bumped up a notch. Dark fruits and honey on the nose, more fruits and the unique dronach malt backbone that courses through all their juice. Finish goes on and on. Buy a bottle if you see or grab a dram if it’s available! -
GlenDronach Parliament 21 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed May 9, 2017 (edited January 25, 2018)Fantastic stuff! Give it time (~15 minutes) to breath and a touch of water. Dark fruits on the nose, the Sherry really shines. On the palate more fruits but brown sugar/burnt sugar and cinnamon come through. The finish keeps going and going. Dark chocolate and coffee beans. Pricy stuff but one of the best aged Sherry bombs there is! -
