This "bourbon" if you can actually call it bourbon is one of the worst tasting whiskey I've ever had. The flavor is extremely rough and its young as far as it age date. I live in Alabama and its warm most of the year so as far as the whiskey getting to condense and expand between winter months and the warmer months it doesn't have the extreme temperatures to make a whiskey taste become complex. I'm not a hater by any means but this stuff is undeniable and don't believe any of the so called hype because this stuff sits on the shelf at the local state stores here in Mobile Alabama because the true whiskey drinkers won't touch it.

A pleasant surprise of flavor, think of Wellers antique with a punch

Barrel #14439- Bold maple and brown sugar smell on the nose. Heavy taste of sugar with hints of cherry gives it a sweet but yet smooth burn. Not a heavy burn on the finish but the taste lingers for a few minutes. Behaves more like a bourbon beginning to mature than a regular whiskey. Barrel #10502. Smell of honey and leather.Taste although smooth yet not quite mature, Honey dominant reminds me of a slight "Blade and Bow"flavor. Has some potential but not up to the standards of whiskey that you would pay 40 bucks for.

One of the best Rye's I've ever had. Very smooth but yet with a hint of honey and oak. I'm a fan of this WT but its slightly overpriced

Barely passable as a straight bourbon. Has the taste of something that hasn't aged in the barrel very long. Probably won't buy again.

Sweet honey and cherry hints on the palate. But much a little stronger on the nose even though it is 48% volume... Very sippible and incredibly smooth. Best enjoyed during the winter months

Warm rich creamy heavy hints of vanilla and chocolate

Incredibly smooth and rounded.. Not as complex as I expected, cherry and peat notes dance back and forth on the palate.
