Tastes

I revisited this one over the weekend, and immediately regretted waiting so long to get reacquainted with it. I picked up moderate tastes of molasses and brown sugar, and ripe banana. Not overly sweet (....is it true that Mount Gay doesn’t add sugar?). I really like this one.

Recently acquired this bottle, and was immediately hit with grilled fruit and warm baking spices, especially cinnamon, from the nose through the sip. Pleasant color in the glass. This strikes me as a good fall/winter sipping rum, although I need to dig into further to render a more complete opinion of it.
