Nose oak, butterscotch, baking spice. Palate caramel, some oak, more baking spice and a little cinnamon. Finish- more of same. Not too long but not short either. Really nice pour.

Suprised me a bit. I wasnt expecting a lot but at this price point it’s actually pretty good. Lots of oak. I taste oak, honey and oats.

Nose: Fresh baked raisin bread, burnt sugar, palate: slick, nice mouthfeel, more bread, clove?, finish: more raisin, peppery and long - there’s heat but not what you would expect for 127.1 proof. FYI- bottled 9/29/22, barrel house 2-21.

nose: leather banana burnt sugar; palate: creamy caramel (but not too sweet), oak, vanilla; finish: medium-long, spice and more vanilla. Drinks WAY under its 132.2 proof. I expected hellfire but it was surprisingly smooth.
