Tasting Notes
"A mix of tart plum and cherry overlap aromas of sweet spices and saddle leather in the nose. The hefty palate reminds of milk chocolate turtle/fudge candies, with salted, roasted nut flavors mixing with caramel, cocoa, and hot cinnamon. The fruit tartness comes into play toward the finish, bringing together a sweet-rich-spicy and slightly salty confection that's best when sipped slowly. "
