Blend of 2 single barrels... pleasant nose of typical caramel and vanilla out of a rocks glass. Palate is creamy with a nice warmth mid way through and as you swallow. Cherry shows up and lingers awhile. Really like it but not for 174 USD at the distillery. Out of Blood Oath Pact... all of them. 20 bucks for a pour and the glass.

For a sourced “Canadian whiskey” (Sazerac) this is a caramel bomb! Delicious toffee and maybe fig? Lots of flavor for the proof upfront, finishes quickly so it keeps you coming back often. WAY BETTER than the original. If you get the chance this store pick didn’t disappoint me.

Very young and corny with a creamy mouthfeel and nutty.

Easy drinker, slight peat

Like breathing in through an oxygen mask waiting for an anesthetic on the nose. Better taste with a nice burn throughout.

Almost too smooth (round) for my liking. Not complex but very good

Smooth but spicier than conservation oak, which is nice.
