Must use to make White or Black Russians. Although Mr.Black is the big name in coffee liqueurs nowadays Kahlua is signature and extremely delicious.

Great for after dinner as a Digestive. With coffee it makes a great pick me up as well.

Not made with Almonds anymore so cannot be called an Ammaretto anymore. The taste is reminiscent of toasty nuts and stone fruit pits. There are better Almond liqueur but this is a strong starting point

This Liqueur was extremely popular in the early 2000s. I make Brambles with this and I think it’s better than using cheap Creme de mure. Round on the flavor, berries, vanilla, black berry and raspberry

The only Cherry Brandy you should ever buy. It is thick and syrupy with strong tart cherry and medicinal notes. Think a more complex version of the Luxardo syrup you get when you buy a jar. A must if you want to make a Blood and Sand or Singapore Sling

In the business we call it “Bartenders Ketchup” because if you add this to a poorly balanced cocktail it will make it instantly better. Like Ketchup though use in moderation. The Taste of this pioneer in elderflower liqueur is very Lichee and tropical perfumed fruit.
