Heering Cherry Liqueur is a dark red cherry liqueur made by macerating crushed Stevns cherries (including their stones) in neutral alcohol. Additional spices are added prior to aging in oak for three to five years.
Sugar is added during aging process. No additives or artificial coloring are used.

Additional spices are added prior to aging in oak for three to five years. Sugar is added during aging process. No additives or artificial coloring are used. Created by Peter Heering in 1818, it is known as the "Original Cherry Liqueur" and is a required ingredient for a Singapore Sling and a Blood and Sand cocktail among others.
