Tastes

Classic Buffalo Trace nose: lots of cherry with some brown sugar. Does not taste 131 proof at all, very smooth. Sweet vanilla taste on the tongue and a slight tobacco finish on the taste. Medium, oily finish that lingers on your tongue for the perfect amount of time.

Nose: fruity. Apples and pears with a hint of citrus Palate: light and smooth. Apple, brown sugar, hint of malt Finish: medium. Nice wave of smoke that comes through to complement the sweet palate

This is definitely what rye tastes like with no frills. Solid pour, but nothing truly special.
